My new record is gonna be out Janury 5th, 2024 on Oclassica label. It is a piano cycle titled “Cone of Silence” which I consider a shadow companion to my previous work “There Will Be Rainbow”. It deals with dark parts of inner self, solitude and recapitulation. It’s more dark, muted and somber in its tones and harmonies compared to TWBR.
Nine pieces written between December 2019 and January 2023. Recorded at PRS Recording Studio in St.Petersburg at St.Catherine Lutheran church by Vladimir Nosyrev on a beautiful Yamaha CF which sound suits the album very well.
