Variations Oblique

These variations, written in the second half of 2023, although having a defined open and close quartal motif, are more aimed towards exploring mood variations than anything else, and don’t comply with traditional approach to the genre. This reflected in the title. Performer will find quite a few harmonic changes throughout the piece as well as varied time and tempi. Piece structure is as follows:
